Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) or similar technical environment
- Strong background in IT systems and network support
- Natural ability for solving problems
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Windows Server
- Good understanding of networking (wired and wireless)
- Experience administering Microsoft 365
- Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
- Excellent time management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confident spoken and written English
- Genuine interest in IT and technology
- Full UK driving license
Responsibilities
- Install and configure IT hardware and software
- Troubleshoot IT issues both remotely and on-site
- Implement and manage cloud-based systems and services
- Administer and support Microsoft 365
- Maintain and update technical documentation
