Requirements
Must:
- 3-6 years of experience in a high-growth startup, D2C brand, or specialised ecommerce agency.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Shopify/Liquid development.
- Proven ability to write Python or similar scripting languages for automation and AI-driven workflows.
- A builder mindset with a bias for action; prefers shipping code to sitting in strategy meetings.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of unit economics and growth metrics.
- Experience with headless e-commerce architectures (nice-to-have).
- Deep understanding of attribution modelling and advanced GA4 configurations (nice-to-have).
- Prior experience in a remote-first, fast-paced environment (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance our Shopify experience through custom Liquid development, CRO experiments, and advanced UX testing to drive conversion.
- Lead the integration and optimisation of our tech stack, including Klaviyo, Recharge, and custom APIs, ensuring a seamless data flow across the customer journey.
- Architect and deploy Python-based scripts and AI workflows to automate manual processes, accelerate output, and improve business-wide efficiency.
- Build sophisticated retention automations and lifecycle flows that measurably increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Enhance tracking, data visibility, and performance infrastructure to ensure all growth experiments are accurately measured and scalable.
