Requirements
Must:
- Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios and lead governance reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate experience of leading significant transformational change at shop floor operations level either in a production or MRO context.
- Experience creating robust data structures and managing the integration of multiple business systems.
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and manage customer expectations.
- Expert knowledge of Envision (or similar MRO systems) and experience with BI platforms like Looker or Oracle APEX.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and a deep understanding of data modeling and visualization.
- Due to the nature of the position, a DBS Security Clearance will be required and candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.
- Applicants must meet any/all requirements of Export Compliance Regulations.
- All candidates must possess the current, legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digital evolution, business process, and efficiency changes.
- Innovate and set up actionable links between commercial KPIs and operational delivery.
- Develop and maintain robust cost baselines for multi-million pound programs.
- Oversee the businesss digital footprint ensuring all teams operate from a common, reliable data set.
- Translate complex user requirements into intuitive, automated visual solutions and dashboards.
- Act as the functional administrator for Envision and airworthiness systems, ensuring reliability in reporting.
- Design and maintain robust, future-proof data architecture while enhancing data security.
- Lead a team of developers and analysts to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Identifying the medium and long-term transformation strategy and leading its execution across the business.
- Govern the transformation program, managing projects and escalating risks to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Align with the Finance Director on financial benefits and investments for the transformation program.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture and implement new ways of working among multi-functional teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of BI and Application developers.

In this senior role, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between commercial commitments and operational execution, ensuring that we maintain robust estimates, schedules, and cost baselines. By leading our digital transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will help us achieve lower costs and industry-leading performance for major clients such as the UK MoD and National Police Air Service.
