Requirements

Must:
- 3 years experience in model development, validation, monitoring, or a data role with model exposure (e.g. IRB, IFRS9, stress testing) - Bachelors degree in a quantitative analytical discipline (2.1 or higher) such as mathematics, physics, statistics, or engineering - Advanced level of SAS or SQL programming (or equivalent in R, Python, Matlab) - Advanced experience in data extraction, transformation, and cleaning for modelling - Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. QlikView, Power BI, Tableau) - Strong relationship-building and communication skills - Curiosity and inventiveness - Good problem-solving skills, capable of defending decisions both technically and from a business perspective

Responsibilities

- Source, extract, and integrate large datasets from internal and external systems for credit risk models - Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to maintain accuracy - Continuously update data models to reflect changes in Risk Analytics processes and requirements - Recommend and implement process improvements for data workflows - Identify and escalate data issues proactively - Collaborate with Model Development, Validation, IT, and business stakeholders - Communicate data requirements clearly to all parties - Design and implement automated processes for data preparation and reporting - Maintain comprehensive data documentation and lineage for transparency - Clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
