Must:
- Proficiency in PHP and MySQL
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ideally React)
- Shopify experience
- Understanding of API integrations and/or working with GraphQL to connect third-party services
- Strong grasp of general website performance concepts, including HTTP, SSL, and DNS configurations
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like Sanity and WordPress
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve back-end and front-end tickets
- Bug fixing
- Work with APIs
- Participate in code reviews
- Customize and enhance existing websites
- Implement new features and platform updates
- Assist with testing
- Contribute to microservices development
- Collaborate with internal teams on innovative solutions
- Provide support for CMS and e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, and Sanity.io
- Work with Shopify themes using Liquid templating and React-based admin interfaces
- Communicate technical solutions clearly
- Participate in the on-call out of hours rota for urgent issues (1 weekend in 5)
