Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst with a science, physics, or maths-based academic background. You should possess strong data analysis, reporting, and modeling skills, and be numbers-focused, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with SQL and Python. A background in a start-up or engineering environment is preferred. We need someone who is relentlessly proactive, takes responsibility, and is always looking for ways to improve. You should be a clear and concise communicator, proud of the quality of your written communication, and possess a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with our Co-Founder across the entire business, helping us make a measurable impact on the UK's carbon emissions. Your duties will include:
- Conducting data analysis and reporting to understand how customers are using our platform, presenting insights to the team, and managing technical product data.
- Assisting in developing the modeling that underpins our platform, making complex calculations easier to understand.
- Conducting research to inform product development decisions, working with the development team to implement these ideas.
- Supporting customer success by onboarding and assisting new clients.
- Writing content, including product updates, onboarding guides, and grant applications.
