Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with a strong background in the following areas:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Entra (Identity), Exchange (Email), Defender (Security), and Intune (Endpoint Management).
- A solid understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining security best practices, including MFA, SSO, endpoint protection, access controls, and phishing prevention.
- Capability to support Windows (and a few Mac) devices, mobile devices, meeting room AV equipment, tablets, and other IT hardware.
- A proactive, curious, and positive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage in a wide range of tasks, from 1st to 3rd line support challenges, along with exciting project work that is unique and engaging. You will support approximately 100 users, leveraging various Microsoft and network technologies to ensure operational smoothness and security while providing an excellent user experience. Your tasks will include:
- Actively participating in tech rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
- Monitoring system performance and security and managing devices and updates.
- Collaborating with other teams across the organization to optimize technology processes, and continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance sustainability and user experience.
