Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you will work closely with project teams and third-party agencies to ensure high-quality delivery across all phases of the application and project lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the direction and features of critical business applications
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting business initiatives
- Gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and producing specifications and feasibility reports
- Conducting gap analysis, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and assisting with user training and system rollout
- Coordinating projects and resources to achieve deliverables efficiently
