IT Manager - Infrastructure Engineer

We are offering a fully onsite role based in Lincoln, designed for a seasoned IT professional who thrives on autonomy. Although the title is IT Manager, the focus of this role is hands-on infrastructure engineering rather than people management. You will be the go-to expert responsible for maintaining and evolving our entire IT environment, encompassing servers, networks, data security, and user support. As a well-established manufacturer with a global reach, we trust you to keep operations running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
