Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, CRM (Pipedrive), and cloud technologies
- Experience with device management and networking
- Knowledge of VoIP systems and general network diagnostics
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure services
- Ability to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
- Cybersecurity awareness and experience with compliance measures
- Passion for continuous improvement and cloud technology
Responsibilities
- Provide user support including password resets and access control
- Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online and Teams
- manage SharePoint permissions and structure
- Support CRM (Pipedrive) users and assist with automation and reporting
- Ensure device compliance through Intune and manage Conditional Access and MFA
- Configure and troubleshoot VoIP systems
- Perform network diagnostics including VPN, VLAN, DHCP/DNS, and Wi-Fi issues
- Deploy hardware and provide remote support to users
- Contribute to cloud migration and digital transformation projects
- Administer SharePoint Online and develop intranet solutions
- Build and optimize applications using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Document processes and establish best practice governance
- Manage Windows Autopilot for device enrollment and BYOD policies
- Monitor cybersecurity measures and support compliance initiatives
