Requirements
Must:
- To be eligible for this role, you must hold or be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance.
- You need to have resided continuously in the UK for the past 5 years.
- Proven experience in full stack JavaScript development, particularly focusing on Node.js and server-side development.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with at least one leading Node framework like Express.js, Nest.js, or Hapi.js.
- Expertise in at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- A track record in a lead or senior developer role, including experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Responsibilities
- I will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring collaboration, innovation, and adherence to best practices for high-quality code.
- I will design, develop, and maintain both front-end components of web and mobile applications using technologies like React, Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap 5, HTML, and CSS.
- I will apply Test Driven Development (TDD) practices using tools such as Karma to ensure the robustness and reliability of code.
- I will leverage AI-augmented development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to enhance coding efficiency, consistency, and minimize boilerplate.
- I will collaborate with architects and developers to design robust, scalable, and secure architectures for new projects and enhancements to existing systems.
- I will continuously seek to improve our team's development processes, tools, and techniques to boost productivity and product quality.
- I will work closely with clients and internal teams to thoroughly understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver outstanding solutions.
