Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Engineer with over 5 years of experience in IT support or service engineering. You should possess strong knowledge of Windows (10, 11, Server), Active Directory, and M365. Experience with networking, virtualization (VMware), and cloud platforms (Azure) is essential. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will need to engage confidently with stakeholders and VIPs. An ITIL certification or equivalent qualification is advantageous. Additional knowledge of Veeam, Linux, PowerShell, MDM, or AV systems experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
As an IT Service Engineer, you will provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving incidents across Windows, Office 365, and cloud environments. You will maintain and support our network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki, Azure, and VMware. Enforcing cybersecurity policies and responding to potential threats will be a critical component of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with third-party providers and assist with onboarding/offboarding, device builds, and systems access. You will also act as an escalation point for junior engineers and assist project teams in deploying new technologies into business-as-usual services.

You will be based in our Marble Arch London office, working on-site for 5 days during your probation period, and then 4 days per week. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, along with a discretionary annual bonus of up to 15%, a 6% employer pension (after 3 months), private medical insurance (Bupa), life assurance, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, a season ticket loan, and a Cycle to Work Scheme.
