- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to the organization
- Tackle a variety of technical challenges on a daily basis
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and Senior IT Engineers on IT projects
- Enhance technical skills through hands-on experience with new technologies
- Contribute to project delivery and team success
