Responsibilities

- I act as the main administrator for the HubSpot portal, overseeing user access, security settings, system configurations, and overall platform health. - I stay current with new HubSpot features and updates, sharing knowledge and training internal teams on best practices. - I manage the HubSpot product task board, prioritizing and resolving incoming requests, issues, and enhancement suggestions; experience with Jira is advantageous. - I troubleshoot and resolve technical or configuration issues within HubSpot. - I conduct regular system maintenance, document workflows and configurations, and ensure sustainable, future-proof operations. - I take ownership of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within HubSpot. - I oversee data imports, exports, and deduplication efforts, implementing strong data governance practices. - I maintain the correct usage of HubSpot properties to ensure high-quality data capture and perform ongoing data cleansing and validation. - I manage the regular uploads of key datasets (e.g., Deal data), ensuring accurate mapping and consistency. - I design, build, and refine automated workflows and sequences across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to streamline customer journeys. - I continuously review and update automations to ensure relevance and effectiveness. - I maintain sequence documentation, mapping customer journey impacts and ensuring associated content is accurate and up to date. - I optimize chat workflows to enhance lead capture and customer engagement and contribute to maintaining comprehensive documentation of automated customer journey processes. - I develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key metrics such as sales performance, pipeline health, marketing effectiveness, and service activity. - I analyze CRM data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities that drive sales performance and revenue growth. - I evaluate platform usage regularly and recommend data-driven enhancements to improve team productivity and system efficiency. - I manage user permissions, roles, and access levels to maintain system security and usability. - I deliver ongoing training sessions and one-on-one coaching to improve adoption and best practice usage across teams. - I provide responsive support, addressing user issues and offering clear guidance on CRM functionality. - I partner with HubSpot Account Managers to stay informed about updates and leverage their support for strategic or technical challenges. - I collaborate with internal teams and departments to develop CRM-based solutions that address broader business needs. - I brief external partners or developers on more complex customization projects, ensuring clear requirements and validation of outcomes. - I manage and optimize integrations between HubSpot and other key business systems to ensure seamless data connectivity. - I lead or contribute to CRM-related projects, supporting continuous improvement and cross-platform integration initiatives.
