Requirements
Must:
- Deep experience across ServiceNow, including architecture, development, administration, and integrations
- A strong track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow programmes in a consulting environment
- The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; implementation certifications preferred
- ITIL Foundation and a solid understanding of SaaS and on-premise architectures
- A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a focus on inclusive ways of working
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders, including C-suite, to advise on ServiceNow strategy and enterprise transformation
- Lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and environments
- Translate business challenges into clear, scalable ServiceNow architectures and roadmaps
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams
- Contribute to propositions, bids, and thought leadership that support the growth of the advisory practice
- Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement across the team
Description
We are a growing advisory practice dedicated to helping organisations unlock the full value of ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Advisory Consultant, you will engage in a strategic role, working with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver transformation programmes across multiple clients and sectors. We offer a competitive base salary up to £130,000, a 12% annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that brings the total reward up to £149,000. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility, combining home working, office, and client sites. We foster an inclusive, values-led culture with a strong focus on wellbeing, learning, and career development. Security Check (SC) clearance is required for this role.
