Requirements
Must:
- Deep experience across ServiceNow, including architecture, development, administration, and integrations
- A strong track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow programmes in a consulting environment
- The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; implementation certifications preferred
- ITIL Foundation and a solid understanding of SaaS and on-premise architectures
- A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a focus on inclusive ways of working
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders, including C-suite, to advise on ServiceNow strategy and enterprise transformation
- Lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and environments
- Translate business challenges into clear, scalable ServiceNow architectures and roadmaps
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams
- Contribute to propositions, bids, and thought leadership that support the growth of the advisory practice
- Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement across the team
Description
We are a growing advisory practice helping organisations unlock the full value of ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Advisory Consultant, we offer a hybrid working model that combines home working, offices, and client sites. Our total reward package includes a base salary of up to £130,000, an annual bonus of 12%, and a comprehensive benefits offering. Security Check (SC) clearance is required for this role.
