Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in full stack JavaScript development, focusing on Node.js and server-side development.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with at least one leading Node framework (Express.js, Nest.js, Hapi.js).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6).
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and code quality.
- A track record in a lead or senior developer role, with experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.
- Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance, having resided continuously in the UK for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end components of web and mobile applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap 5, HTML, and CSS.
- Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) practices using tools like Karma for robust and reliable code.
- Leverage AI-augmented development tools to accelerate coding and improve consistency.
- Collaborate with architects and other developers to design scalable, secure architectures for new projects.
- Continuously improve our development processes, tools, and techniques to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver exceptional solutions.

This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £85,000 per annum, plus a 5% bonus, benefits, and healthcare options. We operate in a hybrid mode, requiring travel to London for two days a week.
