We are looking for an experienced Test & Data Migration Lead with proven expertise in delivering end-to-end testing for system integration programs. You should have strong hands-on experience in data migration strategy and execution, particularly in B2B environments with multi-system integration. A solid understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), outcomes definition, and user readiness is essential. You will possess the ability to build clear strategies and plans while effectively challenging assumptions. Familiarity with common test tools and data migration tooling is a must, along with strong documentation and communication skills. You should have a planning and governance mindset and demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities
As the Test & Data Migration Lead, you will define the overall test approach and strategy for our program. You will identify full test lifecycle requirements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and acceptance criteria. Your role will involve translating business scenarios into structured test plans and methodologies, establishing the right testing frameworks, tools, and processes. You will own the data migration strategy, roadmap, and execution approach, identifying and assessing data sources, tooling requirements, and migration methods. Working closely with technical teams, you will define migration workflows, validation rules, and reporting processes. You will ensure traceability, cleanliness, validation, reconciliation, and sign-off criteria are met. Additionally, you will evaluate insourcing versus outsourcing options and advise on methodologies based on risk and timeline considerations. Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will define AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identify quick win improvements, and provide clear documentation, status reporting, and risk tracking. You will also provide structured governance around risks, dependencies, reporting, and quality gates.

This is a hybrid engagement with an expectation of 1 day per week onsite in London. The successful candidate will collaborate across Testing, Data, Architecture, and Program teams.
