IT Helpdesk Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Technical Helpdesk Support Engineer who is passionate about problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced support environment, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be technically hands-on, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both day-to-day support and project-based work. You should be passionate about technology and its role in education and business while being open to occasional out-of-hours work when necessary. Join us at our office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Note that we do not work with recruitment agencies and prioritize local candidates who live in or near Leeds due to the need for regular travel to client sites.
