Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and data lifecycle
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation (optional but desirable)
- Prior internship or work experience in a data-related role
- Experience working in a service, maintenance, or field-based operations business
- Familiarity with industry software such as simPRO, Joblogic, or other field service management tools
- Understanding of fire and security compliance documentation and reporting
Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation processes related to service jobs, installations, maintenance visits, and compliance checks
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Conduct basic data analysis and generate summary insights under the supervision of senior analysts
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accurate records of customer sites, systems installed, service histories, and certificates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from business stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy policies and regulations
- Provide administrative support for data governance and reporting initiatives
Description
