Requirements
Must:
- I have previous experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment.
- I am proficient in Windows, macOS, and possibly Linux operating systems.
- I possess strong knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- I have experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.
- I demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- I am capable of managing multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals are a plus.
Responsibilities
- I provide remote and on-site IT support to clients, promptly resolving technical issues.
- I manage service desk requests, prioritizing and escalating them as necessary.
- I install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- I support Microsoft 365, email configurations, and cloud-based services.
- I troubleshoot network connectivity, firewalls, and VPN issues.
- I perform regular system monitoring, patching, and updates to ensure security compliance.
- I maintain documentation on client IT environments and the solutions I provide.
- I collaborate with the MSP team to optimize IT operations and enhance service delivery.
Description
I am seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this role, I will provide technical support and troubleshooting to multiple clients, ensuring their IT systems and security run efficiently and securely.
