- Strong understanding of NEC Housing database and data structures
- Expertise in Housing business processes
- Ability to deliver improvements in customer service for tenants and leaseholders
- Experience with KPI and operational reporting
- Familiarity with income collection processes and debt recovery strategies
- Skills to transfer knowledge to permanent staff within the Housing directorate
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Work on the re-implementation of NEC Housing
- Enable the Account Analytics functionality of the application
- Collaborate with Housing and wider Council services to enhance service delivery
- Address gaps in KPI and operational reporting as they relate to Housing
- Support the integration of 4,500 leasehold properties into NEC Housing
- Reduce administrative burdens by streamlining data maintenance processes
- Contribute to skills transfer to permanent officers in the Housing directorate
