Requirements

- Minimum of 2 days per week in the office (currently Wednesday and Thursday, subject to change based on business needs).
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
- Experience in complaints handling and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on performance metrics.
- Ability to conduct thematic analysis and identify trends.
- Collaborative mindset to work with the Root Cause Lead and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on both individual and team performance against complaints handling targets, response times, and quality standards.
- Produce regular performance reports detailing KPIs related to response times, complaint volumes, outcomes, compensation awarded, and service quality metrics.
- Conduct thematic analyses of complaints data to identify recurring issues and emerging trends.
- Provide detailed data packages to the Root Cause Lead, supporting root cause analysis investigations.
- Collaborate with the Root Cause Lead to present data in formats that facilitate effective analysis and service improvement recommendations.
- Offer analytical support for Housing Ombudsman investigations and ensure accurate performance information is provided for regulatory returns.

Description
We are seeking a Complaints Service Analyst to join our team on a temporary ongoing contract. The pay rate is £21.54 per hour (PAYE) or £26.49 per hour (umbrella).
