I am looking for candidates with extensive leadership and management experience in a technical support environment. You should have knowledge of support tools and best practices, particularly proficiency in JIRA. Experience working in a fast-paced service-based environment is essential, along with past technical experience. Additionally, experience in the Distribution, Logistics, or Warehouse Management sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and grow our technical support function, ensuring we deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance. You will oversee support operations and manage a large team, focusing on both software and electro-mechanical support functions. Continuous improvement is crucial, so I expect you to develop processes and tools within the team. Alongside operational management, you will also focus on team development and produce reports that provide insights on performance.

This position will be office-based 2-3 days per week, and you will have the flexibility to work 2-3 days from home. We are offering a competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £87,000 per year, along with benefits, including a bonus.
