Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in 2nd Line Desktop Support
- Support experience with Windows 11 and MacOS environments
- Familiarity with M365 and other systems/applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot end-user issues related to hardware and software
- Complete configuration and system management tasks
- Manage requests via the call management system
- Solve problems remotely or at desk side
- Assist with daily user walkups
Description
We are a busy internal IT Support Team looking for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst to join us in our Central London office. This role will operate on a 6-month initial contract, with a day rate ranging from £210 to £230 per day via an umbrella company. We offer a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to engage with diverse end-user issues.
