We are looking for a Business Architect with a minimum of 3 ERP transformation programmes delivered, preferably in leadership positions. You should possess extensive experience in transformation projects and have the capability to guide decisions, ensuring that 'adopt not adapt' principles are followed.
Responsibilities
As the Business Architect, you will own the design of our new ERP solution and support our leadership and functional teams in executing the transformation successfully. Your responsibilities will include leading the overall design workstream and assisting the HR & Payroll and Finance & Procurement Leads in facilitating key design decision-making across the business.
Description
This position is based in Liverpool City Centre, with a hybrid working arrangement that requires being in the office a minimum of two days per week. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, covering 37 hours, and is contracted until April 2027. Our transformation journey involves implementing an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will revolutionize our Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll functions. The new system will replace our current platforms, SAP for Finance and Oracle for Payroll, and will utilize Microsoft Dynamics for Finance and Resources, as well as MHR i-Trent for HR and Payroll. We aim to build a team of experts who will work alongside Ernst and Young (EY) to shape the future of our operations, ensuring we achieve optimal outcomes for both staff and residents.
