Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in asset management, particularly in energy efficiency standards.
- Strong analytical skills to assess asset performance and identify investment opportunities.
- Familiarity with asset management systems, preferably MRI Asset.
- Ability to prepare and present reports for senior management.
- Knowledge of EPC/SAP outputs and compliance reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage EPC consultants to ensure our portfolio meets minimum energy efficiency standards.
- Analyze the housing portfolio to assess asset performance and identify impactful investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and integrity-driven data within the Councils Asset Management system.
- Prepare and deliver reports to senior management detailing findings and recommendations.
- Validate and interpret EPC/SAP outputs for effective asset management and compliance reporting.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improving energy performance across council stock.
