Application Support Analyst

- Own and resolve application support tickets quickly and accurately, keeping communication clear and users informed - Manage incidents, requests, and problems with discipline and attention to service levels - Work collaboratively within project teams to roll out Microsoft Business Central across the business, supporting configuration, testing, and change delivery - Oversee middleware integrations, ensuring data moves securely and reliably between platforms - Troubleshoot API connections, reviewing payloads, authentication, and performance to maintain stability - Protect data integrity across systems and address discrepancies or recurring issues - Support structured testing, release, and change activities to ensure smooth transitions into production - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending smarter ways of working - Communicate clearly and confidently with your team - Ensure adherence to health & safety procedures at all times - Make a difference every day to the customer experience
