Requirements
Must:
- Strong full stack engineer with experience building and launching products
- Comfortable designing scalable systems from scratch
- Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams
- Able to move quickly and solve complex problems
- Experience integrating third-party platforms
- Startup or early-stage build experience preferred
- Actively using AI tools like Cursor, Copilot or Claude in development workflows
- Interest in fitness or wellbeing is a plus

Description
We are building an AI and data-driven consumer platform and seeking a hands-on Founding Lead Engineer to join us from day one. In this founding role, you will have real ownership, shaping the product and technical direction from the start, along with meaningful equity alongside your salary. This position will be remote initially, transitioning to a hybrid setup as our team grows. Manchester access is required.
