Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience supporting Business Applications, ideally ERP systems
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Business Central is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of data integrity and middleware integrations
- Ability to work collaboratively in project teams and adapt to changes
Responsibilities
- Own and resolve application support tickets quickly and accurately, maintaining clear communication with users
- Manage incidents, requests, and problems with discipline and attention to service levels
- Collaborate within project teams to roll out Microsoft Business Central across the business
- Support configuration, testing, and change delivery during migration
- Oversee middleware integrations to ensure secure data movement between platforms
- Troubleshoot API connections and maintain system stability
- Protect data integrity and address discrepancies or recurring issues
- Support structured testing, release, and change activities for smooth transitions
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions
- Communicate clearly and confidently with the team
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Enhance the customer experience daily
