Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system migration or transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Idox Acolaid and Idox Uniform and/or Idox SaaS cloud (highly desirable)
- Experience working with local government, planning, or regulatory environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong documentation skills (BRDs, process maps, user stories)
- Experience with data migration, integration, and testing processes
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Prince2 delivery methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for the migration from Acolaid to Uniform/SaaS cloud
- Engage with stakeholders across planning, building control and land charges functions
- Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements
- Analyse current as-is processes and design improved to-be workflows
- Support data and migration activities, including data mapping and validation
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and project managers
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and local government requirements
Description
We are a long-term client entity seeking to add a business analyst to our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This hybrid role is based in Central London, offering a competitive salary of £58,899. Our transformation programme involves a significant migration from Idox Acolaid to Idox Uniform/SaaS cloud, making this a critical position to ensure an efficient and smooth transition.
