Requirements
Must:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT-related role
- Strong IT fundamentals
- Confidence in supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic and approachable attitude
- Willingness to learn and get involved in project work
- Experience within an MSP environment, Microsoft certifications, or an IT apprenticeship (beneficial but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to customers via helpdesk and on-site visits
- Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows desktop environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, improvements, and deployments
- Gain hands-on experience with servers, backups, and IT security (training provided)
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service
- Participate in occasional out-of-hours support as required
