Requirements
Must:
- Proven background as a Salesforce Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Architect.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL or SOSL.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Experience Cloud.
- A solid understanding of integration patterns and API connections.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and release management.
- Experience working within agile delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Take ownership of architecture decisions that promote best practices, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce Developers and Administrators, providing technical leadership and conducting code reviews.
- Oversee integration design with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and environment management.
- Ensure all work adheres to governance, security standards, and data protection requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support agile delivery and continuous improvement.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to take ownership of architecture, solution design, and technical delivery across a growing Salesforce estate. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to create scalable solutions that support business strategy and deliver long-term value. This role provides an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, influence technical direction, and contribute to a digital transformation program where Salesforce is a core platform.
