Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant on enterprise or mid-sized implementations
- Strong hands-on configuration experience within Sales Cloud
- Working knowledge of Apex and the Salesforce technical landscape
- Experience delivering integrations with marketing automation and telephony platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience supporting training, change management, and user adoption
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Essential)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (Highly Desirable)
- Any additional Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design across Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Configure Salesforce including: Objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
- Provide functional oversight and hands-on support with Apex where required
- Support and coordinate integrations with: HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Telephony platforms including Vonage, Natterbox, and CloudCall
- Deliver solution design documentation and best practice recommendations
- Run user workshops, training sessions, and adoption initiatives
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live optimisation
- Ensure governance, data quality, and platform best practice are maintained
Description
We are supporting a client seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a transformation programme focused on Sales Cloud optimisation, user adoption, and system integrations. This role involves hybrid working, with on-site attendance as required, and offers an initial contract length of 36 months. We provide a competitive rate of £500 per day and are looking for someone who can start immediately or with short notice.
