Must:
We are looking for someone with a proven background as a Salesforce Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Architect. You should have strong hands-on development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and custom Lightning solutions. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is essential. You need to have experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data platforms, along with a strong understanding of security, governance, and release management best practices. Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect) are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will need to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical architectures and oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with third-party systems. Acting as the technical authority, you will uphold Salesforce best practices, security, and governance. We expect you to provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of developers and administrators while driving platform optimization, automation, and improved user experience. Collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
Description
