Requirements
Must:
- Strong SQL skills, ideally including SSRS, SQL Server 2016, and SQL Integration Service
- Proficiency with MS Access, MS Excel (including VBA), and Office automation
- Experience with Visual Studio (.NET, ASP.NET, C#)
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, 2016) and IIS
- Familiarity with web portals (HTTPS)
- Background in IT project delivery and multi-project environments
- Bonus: exposure to AI-based solutions in a technical or scientific setting
- A relevant degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
- MPPV clearance (Client will fund)
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and suggest practical improvements
- Work closely with analysts, designers, and business users to create tailored solutions
- Write clean, efficient code and produce clear technical specifications
- Test and implement systems in real-world environments
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Create user guides and deliver training when required
