Requirements
Must:
- I require extensive experience working with O365, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and Networking (DNS/DHCP).
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly desirable.
- I am looking for someone with strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions and end-user support.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to provide technical support and troubleshooting for escalated issues from the 1st Line support team.
- You will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues across a variety of platforms and systems.
- Your role will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- I need you to ensure security measures are implemented and maintained across all systems.
- Collaboration with other team members to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations is key.
